Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 jar Old English cheese spread
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. small shrimp
  • 6 English muffins

Instructions

  1. Halve and quarter the English muffins.
  2. Blend together the cheese spread, mayonnaise, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and shrimp until well mixed.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the muffin pieces.
  4. Place the muffins on a cookie sheet and freeze until firm.
  5. Once frozen, bag and store them.
  6. Bake as needed at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through and golden.
