Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 envelopes plain gelatin
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream of shrimp soup, cream cheese, and gelatin until the gelatin is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add chopped celery, chopped onion, and mayonnaise to the mixture.
  3. Season with lemon juice, salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley to taste.
  4. Pour into a mold and chill until set before serving.
