Instructions
- Partly cook and clean the shrimp.
- Remove bacon from pan and drain.
- Add minced onion and canned tomatoes to bacon fat and cook briefly.
- Place the mixture in a double boiler and steam over hot water for 45 minutes.
- Stir in peeled, cooked shrimp and a pinch of chervil.
- Turn the mixture into a casserole, cover, and bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve with Mornay Sauce.
