Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. crumbled bacon
  • 1 c. lightly roasted pecans
  • 1 c. thinly sliced apples
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 1 large clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • red leaf and green leaf lettuce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. Pour the dressing over the greens and toss gently to combine.
