- 4 oz Provolone cheese, cut into thin strips ⓘ
Instructions
- Whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sugar, dill weed, and black pepper to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, red cabbage, artichoke hearts, ham, and Provolone cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
