Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained and chopped

Instructions

  1. In medium size bowl, beat all ingredients except shrimp until smooth. Stir in shrimp.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
  3. Makes about 2 cups of spread.
