Shroom Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) crate fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (6 ounce) package fresh snow peas, cut into bite size pieces ⓘ
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped ⓘ
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice ⓘ
- 18 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey, pref. raw-thick type ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 12 teaspoon canola oil ⓘ
Instructions
- Place mushrooms, snow peas, water chestnuts, and tomatoes in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl; mix lime juice, pepper, rice vinegar, honey, sour cream, and oil.
- Whisk sour cream mix together well to get any lumps out and make it smooth and creamy.
- Pour sour cream mix into mushroom mix and toss to coat.
- Chill then enjoy!
