Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large mushrooms
  • 8 oz. lite cream cheese
  • 1 small can Ortega chilies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and stem the large mushrooms.
  2. Place the mushrooms upside down on a cookie sheet.
  3. Put 1 teaspoon of cream cheese into each mushroom cap.
  4. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon of chopped Ortega chilies.
  5. Pour melted butter over all the stuffed mushrooms.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
