Instructions
- Wash and stem the large mushrooms.
- Place the mushrooms upside down on a cookie sheet.
- Put 1 teaspoon of cream cheese into each mushroom cap.
- Top each with 1/4 teaspoon of chopped Ortega chilies.
- Pour melted butter over all the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
