Ingredients

  • 1 1-inch thick steak or sirloin tips
  • 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Romano Pecorino cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper

Instructions

  1. Put olive oil on a dinner plate large enough for the steak.
  2. On another plate, mix bread crumbs and grated Romano Pecorino cheese.
  3. Dip the steak in the olive oil, covering both sides.
  4. Then coat the steak with the bread crumb and cheese mixture on both sides.
  5. Broil the steak for 10 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with Italian bread, butter, and a salad.
