Simple and Quick Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 can Canned mushrooms
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Soup stock granules
  • 1/2 tsp plus Salt
  • 2 tbsp White flour
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Lay the beef and sprinkle flour on both sides using a tea strainer.
  2. Cut them into bite sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, and fry the onion until wilted.
  4. Move it over to one side and put the beef in the empty space.
  5. Fry it all together.
  6. Add the canned mushrooms juice and all, the soup stock, and milk.
  7. Boil until everything thickens.
  8. Enjoy with rice in the morning.
