Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon (1 lb.)
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle, chopped
  • salad greens
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon and break into large pieces.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the salad greens in a bowl.
  3. Toss lightly to mix everything well.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve on a bed of salad greens.
