Ingredients

  • 28 oz. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons canned jalapenos, seeds removed and diced
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
