Warm and hearty wintertime soup packed with ground meat, beans, tomatoes, and chili flavors, perfect for cozy gatherings and satisfying comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can hominy or corn
  • 1 can mild chopped green chilies
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing or party dip

Instructions

  1. Saute and drain ground meat and chopped onion.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the pot.
  3. Simmer the mixture for about 30 to 45 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, optionally garnished with Fritos and grated cheese.
