Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 (8 oz.) jars picante sauce
  • 3/4 c. chopped black olives
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. peeled chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Peel, seed, and mash the avocados in a bowl.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, garlic salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise until well combined.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture evenly in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Carefully spread the sour cream over the avocado mixture.
  5. Drain the picante sauce and layer it over the sour cream.
  6. Add a layer of chopped black olives over the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the olives.
  8. Top with chopped peeled tomatoes.
