Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 1 c. green onions with tops, chopped
  • 1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cans black olives

Instructions

  1. Mash avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in another bowl.
  3. Layer bean dip over the mashed avocados.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green onions and grated Cheddar cheese over the bean dip.
  5. Spread the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture over the cheese layer.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes, black olives, and picante sauce on top.
