Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 16 oz. thick picante sauce (drain fluid)
  • 1 can sliced black olives (drained)
  • 1 can peeled and chopped tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel avocados and mash with a fork.
  2. Mix mashed avocados with lemon juice, mayonnaise, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the avocado mixture on the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Layer in order: sour cream, picante sauce, black olives, chopped tomatoes, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. Serve with large corn chips or tortilla chips and enjoy.
