Stacked tortillas layered with cheese, onions, hot sauce, and optional fried egg create a flavorful, easy-to-make dish perfect for breakfast or casual meals.

Instructions
- Place one tortilla on your plate.
- Put about 2 tablespoons of hot chili con carne on top of the tortilla.
- Spread the chili con carne evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle chopped onion and cheese on top.
- Place another tortilla on top of the ingredients.
- Repeat the layering process as desired.
- On the last layer, top with a fried egg if you like.
- Finish by drizzling a dash or two of Louisiana hot sauce over the stacked tortillas.
