Instructions

  1. Place one tortilla on your plate.
  2. Put about 2 tablespoons of hot chili con carne on top of the tortilla.
  3. Spread the chili con carne evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle chopped onion and cheese on top.
  5. Place another tortilla on top of the ingredients.
  6. Repeat the layering process as desired.
  7. On the last layer, top with a fried egg if you like.
  8. Finish by drizzling a dash or two of Louisiana hot sauce over the stacked tortillas.
