Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Spread half of the scrambled eggs, a quarter cup of cheese, and a quarter cup of salsa on each flour tortilla.
  2. Roll up the tortillas with the fillings inside.
  3. Warm the rolled tacos in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until the cheese melts.
  4. Serve immediately.
