Ski Salad

- Drain the sweet cherries and crushed pineapple, reserving the juice in a saucepan.
- Bring the juice to a boil over medium heat and remove from heat.
- Add the strawberry gelatin to the hot juice and stir until dissolved.
- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy and smooth.
- Add the cream cheese to the gelatin mixture and mix well.
- Add the fruit and Ski to the mixture, using 1 to 2 cups depending on desired firmness.
- Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
- Refrigerate for several hours until set and chilled.
