Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 pkg. twist noodles
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup or 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning, stewed tomatoes, whole kernel corn, and Cheddar cheese soup or grated Cheddar cheese to the skillet; stir and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  3. While the mixture simmers, boil the twist noodles until tender and then drain.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the beef and vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Serve hot with a salad and French bread.
