Ingredients

  • 1 semi-frozen rib-eye
  • soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cut up the semi-frozen rib-eye into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add soy sauce to the meat and stir-fry until browned.
  3. Add 2 cups of cooked egg noodles to the skillet with the meat.
  4. Stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Top the mixture with sour cream.
  6. If more liquid is needed, add 1/2 cup of water and cook until heated through.
