Ingredients

  • 2/3 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 16 oz. box powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a skillet over low heat.
  2. Add cocoa, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to the skillet.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered 8x8-inch dish.
  5. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
