Instructions
- Cut meat into 1/4-inch thick slices and pound slightly.
- Cut potatoes into thick slices.
- Heat the butter and saute the onions in it.
- Add the meat slices and brown on both sides.
- Remove to a plate and add the hot water, salt and pepper to the frying pan. Stir well.
- Using a casserole dish, layer the meat and potatoes; add the liquid from the frying pan and then the beer.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
- When ready to serve, sprinkle with parsley.
