Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 c Aunt Jemima self-rising corn meal mix
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 c buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  3. Tilt the skillet to coat the bottom evenly with oil.

  5. Pour the batter into the hot skillet.
