Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/4 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pinch of baking powder
  • chicken broth (hot)

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Combine egg, milk and melted butter; add to dry ingredients.
  3. Roll thin; cut into 1-inch squares or 2-inch long strips.
  4. Drop into hot chicken broth; cook until done.
