Instructions
- Prick potatoes with fork.
- Bake 425° for 55 to 60 minutes. While potatoes are baking, melt butter in small saucepan.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Keep warm until potatoes are done.
