Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 3/4 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a bowl and let it set for a few minutes.
  2. If thinner pancakes are desired, add more milk to the batter.
  3. Preheat the pan to 380°F or higher.
  4. Pour batter onto the hot pan and cook until bubbles form and edges are set, about 1-2 minutes per side.
