Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 7 14 ounces kraft macaroni & cheese dinner mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 12 cup kraft original barbecue sauce or 12 cup bulls eye original barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add macaroni, water and barbecue sauce.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat to medium; cover.
  6. Simmer 8 minutes, stirring twice.
  7. Stir in Cheese Sauce Mix and tomato sauce; cook until heated through.
  8. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomatoes.
  9. Serve immediately.
