Ingredients

  • 6 beef cube steaks
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans sliced mushrooms, undrained

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle beef steaks with salt and lemon pepper.
  2. Cook a few steaks at a time in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until browned. Return steaks to the skillet.
  3. Add green pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Heat over low heat until mushrooms are hot and vegetables are tender.
