- Beat the egg white to a stiff peak.
- Add flour, brown sugar, and vanilla to the egg white and fold gently.
- Add pecan halves and coat well with the mixture.
- Spread the coated pecans on a greased brown paper bag or baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and leave the pecans inside for an additional 30 minutes to cool and set.
