- Place a cupcake liner in each compartment of a cupcake pan.
- In a blender, mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture into each cupcake liner.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes or until set.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
