Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise; blend well.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread 1/4 inch thick mixture on waxed paper and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Spread chopped smoked oysters on the cream cheese mixture and roll up jellyroll fashion.
- Roll the log in dried green onion.
- Chill overnight.
- Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
- Serve with crackers.
