Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fully cooked smoked sausage links
  • 5 1/2 oz. dry au gratin potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Halve 3 sausage links crosswise and slice the remaining sausage links.
  3. Prepare the dry au gratin potatoes according to package directions, omitting butter.
  4. Stir in chopped celery and sliced sausage into the prepared potatoes.
  5. Turn the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Stir the mixture and place the halved sausage links on top.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
