Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup whole pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, light brown sugar, corn syrup, water, and vinegar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Add butter, butterscotch chips, vanilla, and pecans.
  4. Stir until the butterscotch chips are melted.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper.
