Ingredients

  • 2 pt. chocolate chip ice cream
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 c. marshmallow spread
  • 1/3 c. hot fudge sauce
  • mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir the softened chocolate chip ice cream until smooth.
  2. Spoon the ice cream into the graham cracker pie crust, pressing to compact and molding slightly in the center.
  3. Wrap the pie in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and spread marshmallow spread over the top of the ice cream.
  5. Drizzle with warmed hot fudge sauce and top with mini marshmallows.
