  1. Place a slice of cheese with a hole cut in the center on top of a slice of bread, centered over the bread.
  2. Separate the egg into yolk and white.
  3. Put the egg yolk into the hole of the cheese.
  4. Beat the egg white and spread it over the yolk, covering all the cheese.
  5. Place half to one slice of raw bacon across the top of the egg.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until cooked and golden.
