- Place a slice of cheese with a hole cut in the center on top of a slice of bread, centered over the bread.
- Separate the egg into yolk and white.
- Put the egg yolk into the hole of the cheese.
- Beat the egg white and spread it over the yolk, covering all the cheese.
- Place half to one slice of raw bacon across the top of the egg.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until cooked and golden.
