Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/3 cups chilled Carnation evaporated milk
  • 2/3 cup cold water
  • 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple (8 oz. can)

Instructions

  1. Combine vanilla instant pudding mix, chilled evaporated milk, and cold water in a quart jar.
  2. Seal tightly and shake until well blended.
  3. Add drained, crushed pineapple to the jar.
  4. Cover and blend the mixture together.
  5. Chill before serving.
  6. Serve over leftover cake, gingerbread, or other desserts.
