Ingredients

  • 6 (3 to 4 oz.) halibut steaks
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. lo-cal margarine

Instructions

  1. In a 10 x 6-inch baking dish, combine lemon juice, salt, and paprika.
  2. Add halibut steaks and marinate for 15 minutes, turning the steaks after 10 minutes.
  3. Cook onion in margarine until tender, but not brown.
  4. Place cooked onion on top of the marinated halibut.
  5. Top with 6 green pepper strips.
  6. Bake at 450° F for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
