Ingredients

  • 1 c. tomato pieces
  • 1/2 c. celery chunks
  • 1/2 c. carrot chunks
  • 2 tsp. fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c. green pepper chunks
  • 1/2 c. cucumber chunks
  • 1/4 c. onions
  • 1 tsp. chives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 2 to 3 c. Snap-E-Tom cocktail juice to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop all the vegetables in food processor until of consistency you like.
  2. Combine with the other ingredients.
  3. Cover and chill thoroughly, at least 4 hours if possible.
  4. Keeps well in refrigerator for days.
