Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) package instant sugar-free pudding
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
  • 12 oz. vanilla ice milk
  • 4 oz. Grape-Nuts

Instructions

  1. Chop Grape-Nuts finely in a food processor.
  2. Allow the vanilla ice milk to soften.
  3. Press the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the pan and cut into 8 portions.
