Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, milk, melted margarine, and egg in a bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8 or 9-inch square pan.
