Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana lengthwise into halves.
  2. Spread peanut butter onto one banana half and place the other half on top to form a log.
  3. Roll the banana logs in shredded coconut until fully coated.
  4. Place the coconut-coated banana logs on wax paper and freeze slightly before serving.
