- Add self-rising flour and blend thoroughly.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour.
- On a small plate, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over the dough until well coated.
- Place the coated balls on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
