Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip

Instructions

  1. Sift flour, cocoa, soda, salt, and sugar together.
  2. Beat water and Miracle Whip together for 2 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla to the wet mixture and mix well.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into two greased 8-inch pans or one greased 9 x 13 x 1-inch pan.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
