Soft Pineapple Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda

Instructions

  1. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Cool and ice, if desired, with powdered sugar, Pet milk and cream cheese.
  4. Good for freezing.
