Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In 1-quart saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter; brush over sole.
- Sprinkle with seasoning.
- Roll up each fillet and place seam side down in greased shallow baking pan. Melt milk, 3 tablespoons butter and flour and stir.
- Pour 1/2 cup of mixture over fillets and bake for 25 minutes.
- Melt cheese, sherry and paprika and stir; after baking fish, pour the remaining milk mixture into cheese mixture and pour over fish, broiling until brown.
