Sopa De Ajo

Instructions
- In a saucepan, sauté crushed garlic in olive oil.
- Fry bread cubes in the same oil until golden and set aside.
- Remove 2 tablespoons of oil from the saucepan.
- Return the garlic to the saucepan and pour in the chicken or beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then stir in beaten eggs.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Just before serving, add the fried bread or croutons to the soup.
