Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crawfish or shrimp
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in rice cooker.
  2. Stir and cook until rice and seafood are done.
