Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 10 oz. frozen strawberries
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large can pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Blend frozen strawberries, orange juice, bananas, and crushed pineapple in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a punch bowl.
  3. Add cold pineapple juice and cold 7-Up, approximately 32 ounces.
  4. Mix well and serve chilled.
