  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Place in refrigerator; wait one week; shake daily.
  4. This will keep up to 6 months in refrigerator.
